Question from Kelly: List any 3 things you learned from the MoLAA website. I learned that Dr. Robert Gumbiner just recently passed away in January at his Long Beach home. The building that MOLAA is at has been many different things before it became the museum, for example the most productive silent film studio, and a sliver screen producing over 20,000 feet of negative film. The museum depends on support of friends and benefactors.
Question from Luis: What is MoLAA’s main goal? MOLAA’s main goal is to educate the public about contemporary Latin American art and culture.
